Refund Policy

All sales are final

Paid subscriptions, Day Passes, and one-time purchases are final and non-refundable once charged, except where an applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our product description and pricing and are making an informed purchase. Buyer's remorse alone is not a basis for a refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Partial periods are not refundable under any circumstance.

Discretionary refunds

In the following narrow cases, we may (at our sole discretion) issue a partial or full refund on written request. None of these create a right or obligation — each is evaluated case-by-case and our decision is final.

  • Extended outage. If the core feature you paid for was non-functional for more than seven (7) consecutive days due to our infrastructure, and you request a refund in writing within 7 days of the outage's end, we may issue a pro-rated credit or refund covering the affected period.
  • Permanent discontinuation by us. If we voluntarily shut down the Service, we may refund unused prepaid time pro-rata. Note: outages or discontinuation caused by the game publisher, technical or legal actions by third parties, or force majeure do not qualify (see Section 4 of the Terms of Service).
  • Duplicate charge. If Stripe charged you twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate after verification.
  • Verified unauthorized charge. If a charge was made without your authorization (e.g. card theft), contact us immediately. We will cooperate to verify and refund once confirmed. You agree not to initiate a chargeback before contacting us.

Never refundable

  • Post-purchase regret. Subscribing and later deciding the Service isn't for you is not grounds for a refund. Cancel to stop future charges.
  • Partial periods. Cancelling or having your account terminated mid-cycle does not trigger a refund.
  • Renewals. Recurring renewal charges are not refundable except under "Discretionary refunds" above. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the charge.
  • Trial passes and one-time purchases. Consumed on purchase. Not refundable even if unused.
  • Token packs / credits. Non-refundable once purchased.
  • Suspended or terminated accounts. If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service — including but not limited to account sharing, multiple accounts, chargebacks, abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity — no refund is issued and remaining time is forfeited.
  • Game publisher actions. If the game's publisher bans your game account, rate-limits the protocols we use, or otherwise impacts the Service's functionality for your specific account, no refund is due.
  • Outages outside our control. Server downtime caused by the game publisher, your internet connection, Stripe, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, Resend, or any other third-party service we depend on.
  • Claims made after the cutoff. Discretionary refund requests must be made within 7 days of the event. Requests outside that window will not be considered.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Include:

  • Your username
  • The charge you're asking about (date + amount)
  • Which qualifying category applies and why
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, timestamps)

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank or card issuer before contacting us to resolve the issue, we will:

  • Immediately terminate your account with no refund;
  • Block future signups from your payment method, email, and IP address;
  • Contest the chargeback with Stripe using our usage logs, audit trail, and these Terms as evidence; and
  • At our discretion, refer fraudulent chargebacks to collections or legal counsel.

Email us first. We can almost always resolve genuine issues directly and faster than a chargeback.
